The leadership skills are described and grouped according to the model LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® presented in the book “FYI – For Your Improvement™, A guide for Development and Coaching – 5th Edition” from Michael M. Lombardo and Robert W. Eichinger.
The model structure is based on the observation of 1325 behavior types, whose practice shows a good, weak or overused level of 67 different skills. These skills are then grouped in 21 clusters highlighting the description of the 6 main following factors.
Logically, the regular practice of activities targeting strategic decision making has enabled to reach an excellent mastering level of strategic skills.
A contrario, the operational skills have been less practiced the last decade, and consequently, such typical behaviors have been less observed on regular basis, except the way of working, especially regarding depth of Engagement governance, or long term plans development and management (installed capacity, investments, localization needs).
The scoring results from my self evaluation.
